By creating an account on dhk8 or by accessing any part of the Platform without registering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming policy, and any other policies published on the Platform from time to time. These documents collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and dhk8 with respect to your use of the Platform.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, "you" and "your" will refer to both you as the individual and the entity on whose behalf you are acting.

You are eligible to register and use the dhk8 Platform only if all of the following conditions are met at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. dhk8 enforces a strict 21+ policy and may require documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts found to have been opened by persons under 21 will be immediately closed and all funds will be forfeited.
• You are registering only one account. Corporate accounts and accounts registered on behalf of a third party are not permitted unless expressly authorised by dhk8 in writing.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited. It is your responsibility to ensure your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list maintained by dhk8 or any third-party responsible gaming programme. Players who have voluntarily self-excluded must not attempt to re-register.

By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. dhk8 may perform KYC (Know Your Customer) verification checks at any stage. Failure to pass verification may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals until verification is completed satisfactorily.

To access real-money gaming and betting features on dhk8, you must create a registered account by providing accurate personal information including your name, date of birth, and mobile number. Each person is entitled to hold only one registered account. Discovery of duplicate accounts will result in the following consequences:

• Where duplicate accounts are used to claim multiple welcome bonuses or exploit promotions, all bonus funds and associated winnings will be voided.
• Real deposits held in a duplicate account at the time of discovery may be returned at dhk8's discretion, subject to full KYC verification.
• Players found to have created duplicate accounts to circumvent a self-exclusion or suspension will have all funds forfeited and will be permanently banned from the Platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. dhk8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify dhk8 support immediately. Any activity conducted through your account before you provide such notification will be deemed to have been authorised by you, unless you can demonstrate evidence of unauthorised access. dhk8 recommends using a strong, unique password and logging out after each session, particularly on shared devices.

dhk8 accepts deposits via mobile financial services and cards available to Bangladeshi players. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit is ৳300. Deposits are credited to your wallet following successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. dhk8 does not charge deposit fees, although your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must be made using a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned where possible, minus any applicable processing costs.
• Deposits made using bonus funds, stolen payment instruments, or fraudulently obtained funds will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.
• dhk8 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any deposit it deems unusual in size or frequency, in accordance with its KYC obligations.

Withdrawals from your dhk8 wallet are subject to the following conditions. Requests are typically processed within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Withdrawal requests submitted during peak periods or outside Bangladesh Standard Time (BST) business hours may take longer to process.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. dhk8 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment instruments not previously used for a deposit.
• Active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be fully cleared before any associated bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Real-money deposits that are not subject to a wagering requirement may be withdrawn at any time, subject to standard KYC verification.
• dhk8 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 or on accounts that have shown unusual activity patterns. This process may delay withdrawal processing by up to 72 hours while verification is completed.

dhk8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms associated with an individual promotion:

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each offer is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are valid for the period stated in the relevant promotion. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the validity period will expire automatically without compensation.
• A player may only claim a welcome bonus once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once — including via a duplicate account — constitutes abuse of promotions and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds.
• dhk8 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in, dhk8 will honour the bonus under the terms applicable at the time of opt-in.

dhk8 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse. Behaviour including low-risk hedging strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, exploitation of software errors, and coordinated multi-account play will result in bonus cancellation and may lead to permanent account closure.

All games available on the dhk8 platform are provided by licensed third-party game studios and use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair outcomes. dhk8 does not manipulate game results. The following conditions apply to all gameplay and betting activity:

• Bets placed and confirmed are final. dhk8 will not reverse a bet once it has been accepted by the system, except in cases of demonstrable technical error or where the underlying event is voided by the game provider.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, the round will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's stated policy. Where resolution is not possible, stakes will be returned to the player's wallet.
• Players are responsible for ensuring their internet connection is stable before placing bets. dhk8 accepts no liability for losses arising from connectivity issues, browser crashes, or device failures that occur mid-round.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dhk8 Platform. Detection of any prohibited behaviour will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and in serious cases, reporting to relevant law enforcement or financial intelligence authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players.
• Using the Platform to launder money, conduct fraudulent financial transactions, or process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share strategy in real time during live dealer games, or otherwise undermine the integrity of the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain credits, bonuses, or winnings to which you are not entitled. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected error must be reported to support immediately and will be reversed.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any support interaction.

dhk8 reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected and to take any action it deems necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform, including temporary account freezes pending investigation, permanent closure, and legal action where warranted.

dhk8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. All players are subject to the 21+ age restriction. The following tools are available to all registered players at no cost:

• Deposit limits — players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps via account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Self-exclusion — players may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion by contacting dhk8 support. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of the request being confirmed.
• Reality checks — session time reminders can be activated to notify you at intervals of your choosing, helping you keep track of time spent on the Platform and make informed decisions about continuing play.

All content on the dhk8 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, images, audio, and video material — is the intellectual property of dhk8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without dhk8's prior written consent. Any unauthorised use of Platform content will constitute an infringement of dhk8's intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dhk8 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other commercial or financial loss, even if dhk8 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

dhk8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Platform wallet in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise.

dhk8 may update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where a change is material — for example, a change to withdrawal processing times, wagering requirements, or eligibility criteria — dhk8 will endeavour to notify active players via the Platform or by email to the address registered on their account. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request a withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance in your wallet, subject to standard KYC verification.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which dhk8 operates. In the event of any dispute between you and dhk8 arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact dhk8 support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. dhk8 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve any complaint within 14 business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to formal dispute resolution in accordance with the applicable laws of the relevant jurisdiction.
